Molten Chocolate Mug Cake

Sometimes I feel like a quick, decadent desert made for one. These sort of cravings don't occur often, but when they do, they tend to be around 8pm at night and by that time I am in no mood to be waiting for any 'sweet treat' to cook. I don't usually eat many sweet things as I have more of a savoury tooth, but when I do crave something sweet it tends to be chocolate. This mug cake is so easy and is made in 5 mins, it tastes exactly like the self saucing chocolate pudding my mum made me when I was younger. I used Loving earth creamy chocolate to go in the centre, to make it even more decadent. It worked perfectly. Chocolate chips would also be great. I served this with my cookie dough ice cream but I think it would also be delicious with some coconut yoghurt. Enjoy!
