BAKED GINGER ZEST GRAINOLA CRUMBLE
This is a quick, easy, DELICIOUS breakfast crumble. It is made with all organic ingredients from Chantal Organics. I love their products because they are such good quality, and genuinely make a huge difference in the over all flavour of the food. This recipe serves around 6-8 people, and takes 10mins to prepare and 45mins in the oven. Perfect to make the night before, as it is even better then next day.

Ingredients :
2/3 cup Chantal Organic jumbo rolled oats
1 cup Chantal Organic Ginger zest grainola
1/4 Chantal Organic Buckwheat groats
1 cup Chantal Organic Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Chantal Organic Cinnamon
1 tsp Chantal Organic Maca powder
4 tbsp Chantal Organic Brown rice syrup
4 tbsp Chantal Organic Coconut oil
6 cups mixed berries
3 tsp cornstarch
Method :
Preheat oven to 180degrees and line a square tin with baking paper or non stick spray.
For the topping, mix together oats, ginger zest grainola, buckwheat, flour, cinnamon and maca powder in a bowl. Make a well in the centre, pour in the melted coconut oil and the brown rice syrup.
In a seperate bowl toss the berries in the cornstarch until evenly coated.
Place berries in the tin, and crumble over the topping.
Bake at 180degrees for 45-55 mins or until the berries are bubbling.
You may serve immediately or even prepare the night before to allow the juices to thence and flavour to fully develop.
Serve with coconut yoghurt.
