Yesyoucan apple cinnamon muffin bake mix
'Yesyoucan' was kind enough to send me these muffins to test out! I was drawn to their company because they use healthy alternatives to the standard baking ingredients and all their products are gluten free!
They also have lots of dairy free and egg free options. Baking mixes are great, because they take less than 10mins to prepare and usually turn out delicious. The only problem with the products available in supermarkets, are that they are full of chemicals and cheap ingredients which make them super unhealthy and no nutritional value.

These apple cinnamon muffins are gluten free and refined sugar free!
On the back, the recipe asks for two eggs which I substituted with two flax eggs (1 tbsp flax meal, mixed with 2.5 Tbsp water, for each egg)
80ml of butter, I used Nuttelex butter (made with coconut oil)
160ml of water.
They took 5mins to prepare (in one bowl, which is great for cleaning up) and approx. 20mins in the oven (180degrees)
They made 6 large muffins. You could make them smaller, which would double the batch number.
They were so delicious, perfect for busy people and a healthy alternative for a snack and for the kids lunch boxes!
Here is my youtube video if you want to see me make them!
